I FOUND IT.

This is the show I'm talking about when I'm always asking people, "Remember that show that used to be on about a guy who turned into a mannaquin when his hat fell off?" ....And no one ever knows what the heck I'm talking about.
I'm so glad to know that I'm not inventing really messed up memories. This guy is my hero.
