You know what's really creepy? Charging a ten dollar pair of earrings at a giftshop in the lobby of a Spanish hotel, and getting a bill a week and a half later that says that they cost a THOUSAND dollars. Yeah, someone fucked up and this time it's not me. I just had a minor heart attack...
SO glad the Talent Show is all over and done with. Now one question remains: who won? I guess it doesn't really matter, but I'd still like to know.
Oh, and I sent the deposit to Beloit this morning, so I guess that's where I'll be in the fall. I really was torn between Beloit and Earlham. Seriously. My mind was spinning in circles and I thought there was no way that one could possibly come out the winner.. But a wise friend asked what 51 percent of me said, and I told him that 50.5 percent said Beloit. So that's it.
